Non-Command Sponsored Dependents wanting to enroll in DoDEA schools must apply for Space-Available Enrollment. Space is extremely limited and not guaranteed. Please note that all family members who are applying for Space-Available Enrollment must be in the country to start the application process.

Registration Material
Pre-Registration
Before parents can complete the in-person registration, they must pre-register at Aspen Registration.
Enrollment Packet
Members must visit the school Registrar’s Office to complete the school registration process. Parents must hand carry the following documents:
- ID
- PCS orders with family members names listed
- Children’s birth certificates (Kindergarten & 1st grade only)
- Children’s passports (High School students only)
- Immunization records (Current flu shot)
- Copy of previous school records
- Copy of standardized test scores (if available)
If applicable:
- Copy of Individual Education Plan (IEP) & 504 Plan
Sure Start
Sure Start is a full-day preschool program that serves military children and families living overseas. Please note that space is extremely limited. For more information visit Osan DoDEA Sure Start.

School Liaisons can help with:
- School Enrollment Assistance: Connect with your School Liaison before and after you move.
- Link between Schools, Families, & Command: School Liaisons are subject matter resource experts for grades K-12 and can help address educational issues and needs.
- Homeschool Support: School Liaisons provide homeschooled families with information regarding educational opportunities.
- Military Interstate Children’s Compact Commission: School Liaisons help families navigate transitional issues related to MIC3.
School Liaisons can also provide families with educational resources such as:
- EFMP and developmental intervention resources
- Child & Youth Behavioral Program led by MFLCs
International Schools

Homeschooling
